目的 探讨 16PF在潜艇人员选拔中的应用价值及潜艇人员的人格特征。方法 采用国内修订的Cattell十六种人格因素量表(16PF)对244名潜艇人员进行测量,并与中国男性成人常模对照。结果 潜艇人员的乐群性(A)、恃强性(E)、兴奋性(F)、幻想性(M)、忧虑性(O)、实验性(Q1)显著高于常模(P<0.05~0.001),聪慧性(B)、怀疑性(L)、独立性(Q2)显著低于常模(P<0.01~0.001)。结论 潜艇人员群体无个性偏离,潜艇人员具有正常范围内的高A、E、F、M、O、Q1;和低B、L.Q2的个性特征。具有正常范围内的高 A、E、F、M、O、Q1和低 B、L、Q2的成年男性是潜艇人员的合适人选。16PF作为潜艇人员的选拔工具有较好的参考价值。
Objective To explore the application value of 16PF in submarine personnel selection and the personality characteristics of submarine personnel. Methods A total of 244 submarines were measured by Cattell’s 16 Personality Factor Scale (16PF) and compared with Chinese male adult norm. Results The submarine officers’ A group, parental E, excitability F, fantasy M, anxiety O and experimental Q1 were significantly higher than those of the norm (P <0 .05 ~ 0.001), the intelligence (B), the suspicion (L), the independence (Q2) were significantly lower than the norm (P <0.01 ~ 0.001). Conclusion The submarine population has no individual deviations. The submarine personnel have high A, E, F, M, O, Ql and low B, L within the normal range. Q2’s personality traits. Adult men with high A, E, F, M, O, Ql and low B, L, Q2 in the normal range are suitable candidates for submarine personnel. 16PF as a submarine selection tool has a better reference value.
