四五十万年前,“北京猿人”在房山的周口店渐渐挺直了腰板,举起粗粝的石块叩响了文明社会的大门。3000多年前,西周燕人在房山的琉璃河垒筑成地球上现有的最古老的都城之一。追溯我们这个黑眼睛、黑头发、黄皮肤的文明,房山无疑是一个重要源头。在充分认识房山区得独厚的文化资源和经济发展实际情况的基础上,房山区文化委员会适时提出了“文化立区”的发展战略。 Four to five hundred thousand years ago, “Peking Man” gradually straightened up the back of Zhoukoudian in Fangshan, raised the rough stone and knocked on the door of civilized society. More than 3,000 years ago, the Western Zhou Dynasty Yan people built the glazed river barrier in Fangshan into one of the oldest existing capitals on the earth. Tracing back to our dark-eyed, black-haired, yellow-skinned civilization, Fangshan is undoubtedly an important source. On the basis of fully recognizing the unique cultural resources and economic development of Fangshan District, Fangshan District Culture Commission proposed a development strategy of “establishing a culture in a timely manner”.
