职业教育不仅是基础教育和就业教育,更是技能教育和成才教育。长期以来,中职教育最大的问题就是培养出来的学生与市场不接轨,校企合作缺乏稳定性,在合作过程中未能形成长期、有效的合作,究其根源是学校与企业未能真正建立“校企共赢”的合作机制。如何在当前进一步深化校企合作,我认为大力推行校企“共建共管”、探讨校企共建实训平台、共创经济效益、共育职业人才,才能构建长效、稳定、双赢的校企合作机制。 Vocational education is not only basic education and employment education, but also skills education and education. For a long time, the biggest problem in secondary vocational education is that students are not trained in the market, the cooperation between universities and enterprises lacks stability, and long-term and effective cooperation can not be formed in the process of cooperation. The root cause is that schools and enterprises have not really established “School-enterprise win-win ” cooperation mechanism.
