198 5～ 1999年 ,我院收治肾周围炎及肾周围脓肿病人39例 ,经用抗生素、局部穿刺抽吸和切开引流治疗 ,效果较好 ,现报告如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料本组病人 39例 ,男 2 5例 ,女 14例 ;年龄 13～ 71岁 ,平均 2 8岁 ,其中 2 0～ 5 0岁 32例。肾周围炎 6例 ,肾周围脓肿33例。

Perirenal inflammation in 6 cases, 33 cases of renal abscess.
