目的 探讨肝癌糖代谢异常的特点 ,外周血胰岛素 (INS)、C肽 (C P)水平的变化及胰岛 β细胞的功能状态。 方法 对 2 1例原发性肝癌和 2 0例正常人进行葡萄糖耐量 (OGTT)、胰岛素释放和C肽释放试验 ,分别比较空腹及服糖后 2小时的血糖 (BG)、INS和C P水平。结果 肝癌组2小时的BG、INS和C P水平较对照组同期显著增加 (P <0 0 5) ,肝癌组 2小时 空腹INS比值、2小时 空腹C P比值显著高于对照组 (P <0 0 5)。结论 肝癌患者糖代谢异常表现为糖耐量减低 ,餐后高胰岛素血症和高C肽血症可能是由于 β细胞代偿性分泌增多
Objective To investigate the features of abnormal glucose metabolism in liver cancer, the changes of peripheral blood insulin (INS) and C-peptide (C P) levels and the functional status of islet β cells. METHODS: Glucose tolerance (OGTT), insulin release and C-peptide release tests were performed on 21 primary liver cancer patients and 20 normal controls. Blood glucose (BG), INS, and C P levels were compared between fasting and 2 hours after serving. Results The levels of BG, INS, and CP at 2 h in the liver cancer group were significantly higher than those in the control group at the same time (P < 0.05). The fasting INS ratio and fasting CP ratio at 2 hours in the liver cancer group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0 0 5). ). Conclusion Impaired glucose tolerance in patients with liver cancer is impaired glucose tolerance. Postprandial hyperinsulinemia and hypercholesterolemia may be due to increased compensatory secretion of β-cells.
