采用肌电生物反馈及经皮神经电刺激疗法,配合肢体被动功能训练,对68例急性脑血管病患者进行早期康复干预。采用Brunnstrom法、Leveet肌力6级法、关节活动范围等进行肢体功能综合评定,结果发现患者肢体运动功能明显改善,总有效率分别为90%和61.1%,两者间有显著差异(P<0.01)。说明早期康复干预对急性脑血管病肢体运动功能的恢复有相当重要的作用。治疗效果与治疗开始时间、治疗技术、病人的意识状态及主动参与程度有关。
The use of EMG biofeedback and transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation, with passive functional training limbs, 68 cases of acute cerebrovascular disease patients with early rehabilitation intervention. Brunnstrom method, Leveet muscle strength 6 method, range of joint activities such as the comprehensive assessment of limb function, the results showed that patients with limb motor function improved significantly, the total effective rate was 90% and 61.1%, a significant difference between the two P <0.01). It shows that early rehabilitation intervention has a very important role in the recovery of motor function of limbs in patients with acute cerebrovascular disease. The treatment effect is related to the start time of treatment, the treatment technique, the patient’s state of consciousness and the degree of active participation.
