目的:探讨通过检测HE染色阴性淋巴结中MUC1 mRNA的表达,以期提高乳癌患者微转移灶诊断率的临床意义。方法:用RT-PCR技术检测来自20例乳腺癌患者的108个HE染色阴性的腋窝淋巴结MU-C1 mRNA的表达。结果;在108个HE染色阴性淋巴结中MUC1 mRNA阳性检出率为66%。结论;提示此类乳癌患者中存在肿瘤隐蔽淋巴结转移,对术后治疗具有指导意义,表明MUC1 mRNA的RT-PCR分析法可提高乳癌淋巴结微转移诊断率,具有较高临床应用价值。
Objective: To investigate the clinical significance of detecting the expression of MUC1 mRNA in lymph node with negative HE staining in order to improve the diagnostic rate of micrometastasis in breast cancer patients. Methods: The mRNA expression of MU-C1 in 108 HE-negative axillary lymph nodes from 20 patients with breast cancer was detected by RT-PCR. Results; The positive rate of MUC1 mRNA in 108 HE-negative lymph nodes was 66%. Conclusion: It is suggested that there is tumor metastatic lymph node metastasis in this kind of breast cancer patients, which is of guiding significance for postoperative treatment. It is indicated that the RT-PCR analysis of MUC1 mRNA can improve the diagnosis rate of lymph node micrometastasis in breast cancer and has high clinical value.
