消费者间电子商务的物流体系中存在的双重委托代理关系导致销售者和物流商的双重物流道德风险,从而使购物者的物流效率期望和物流商的实际物流效率差距扩大。通过物流商角色的强化,构建有利于长期行为的交易环境,建立购物者导向的交易平台可以协调消费者间电子商务各主体的关系,消除委托代理关系导致的物流问题。
The double principal-agent relationship exists in the logistics system of consumer e-commerce, which leads to the moral hazard of double logistics between seller and logistics provider, so as to widen the gap between the logistics efficiency of shopper and the actual logistics efficiency of logistics provider. By strengthening the roles of logistics providers, a trading environment conducive to long-term behavior can be established. The establishment of a shopper-oriented trading platform can coordinate the relationships among the consumers of various e-commerce entities and eliminate the logistics problems caused by the agency relationship.
