为探讨研究金苓通肾口服液对大鼠排尿量、肾结石形成及对高尿酸血症小鼠的影响,采用水负荷模型测定金苓通肾口服液对大鼠排尿量的药效;采用氯化铵、乙二醇造成大鼠肾结石模型,测定金苓通肾口服液对大鼠肾脏组织中草酸钙结晶的形成情况的影响;采用腹腔注射次黄嘌呤制备高尿酸血症小鼠模型,测定金苓通肾口服液对小鼠血尿酸的影响。试验结果显示:金苓通肾口服液高、中剂量组与空白对照组比较,累积尿量均增多(P<0.05);高、中剂量组大鼠结石率明显小于模型对照组和排石颗粒组,形成的结石较少而小;金苓通肾口服液高剂量组可显著降低高尿酸血症小鼠血清中尿酸含量(P<0.05)。研究表明,金苓通肾口服液能促进大鼠排尿,抑制肾脏组织中草酸钙结晶的形成,并且有显著降低高尿酸血症小鼠血尿酸的作用。
To study the effects of Jinling Tongsheng Oral Liquid on urinary volume, kidney stone formation and the impact on hyperuricemia mice, the water load model was used to determine the pharmacodynamics of Jinling Tongsheng oral liquid on urinary excretion in rats. The results showed that the accumulative urinary output of Jinling Tongsheng oral liquid high and medium dose groups increased compared with that of the blank control group (P <0.05). The stone ratio of rats in high and medium dose groups was significantly lower than that of model control group and Paishi granule group, The formation of small and small stones; Jinling Tongxian oral high-dose group can significantly reduce serum uric acid in hyperuricemia mice (P <0.05). Studies have shown that Jinling Tongsheng oral liquid can promote urination in rats, inhibit the formation of kidney calcium oxalate crystals, and significantly reduce the serum uric acid in hyperuricemic mice.
