目的:了解边防部队基层官兵龋齿发病情况,加强防龋治龋工作,改善官兵口腔健康状况。方法:随机抽取2006/2008年两个基层单位边防武警战士共1469人,按民族分组对其患龋率进行分析。结果:官兵总的患龋率为29.88%,其中少数民族为25.19%,汉族为35.47%。近年来龋齿患病率有下降的趋势,但无统计学意义。结论:部队官兵患龋率与以往资料一致,汉族患龋率高于少数民族,这与少数民族的饮食结构有关;近年来官兵龋齿患病率下降与加强口腔卫生宣传、增强保健意识的变化有关。
Objective: To understand the incidence of dental caries among grassroots officers and soldiers of border guards, to strengthen the work of caries prevention and caries prevention, and to improve the oral health status of officers and soldiers. Methods: A total of 1469 border police armed fighters from two basic units in 2006/2008 were randomly selected and their caries prevalence was analyzed by ethnic groups.
