视网膜脱离术后植入物前移是一种较少见的并发症。报告３例植入物侵蚀肌肉，穿过直肌止端前移，术中均未切断肌肉，其中２例出现眼球运动障碍，对此并发症的发生机理进行了简要讨论。 Retinal detachment after implant advancement is a rare complication. Three cases of implants were reported to erode the muscle and move forwards through the rectus butt, and no muscle was cut off during operation. Two cases developed eye movement disorder, and the mechanism of the complications was briefly discussed.
