应用RS-150应力流变仪对注入的聚合物溶液及油井采出液的流变性进行了试验研究。研究结果表明,含聚合物的油水混合物具有明显的非牛顿特性,其中未脱水油相和水相的粘性在中等剪切速率范围内可用幂律模式来描述。根据牛顿流体在圆管中的雷诺数,可算出幂律流体在圆管中的稳定性参数临界值。应用随机理论,推导出幂律流体在管道中的平均流速及紊流压力梯度方程。计算分析表明,所确定的临界雷诺数与试验结果吻合较好,其相对误差为-5.4%。紊流压力梯度的计算值与试验结果吻合较好。
The rheological properties of injected polymer solution and oil well production fluid were studied by RS-150 stress rheometer. The results show that the polymer-containing oil-water mixture has obvious non-Newtonian properties, in which the viscosity of the non-dehydrated oil and water phases can be described in power-law mode over the medium shear rate range. According to the Reynolds number of Newtonian fluid in the tube, the critical value of the stability parameter of the power law fluid in the tube can be calculated. Using the stochastic theory, the average velocity of the power-law fluid in the pipeline and the turbulent pressure gradient equation are deduced. The calculation and analysis show that the critical value of Reynolds number is in good agreement with the experimental result, and the relative error is -5.4%. The calculated value of turbulent pressure gradient is in good agreement with the experimental results.
