目的建立化妆品中高含量无机汞的碳酸铵超声提取-汞分析仪直接测定法。方法化妆品经饱和碳酸铵溶液超声浸提分散稀释后,再用自动测汞仪(DMA80)直接进样测定。结果在0.42~400、400~5 000μg/kg的线性范围内,所得汞的回归方程均呈较好的线性关系,r值分别为0.999 1和0.999 9。方法的检出限为0.13μg/kg(以0.1 g样品计),定量下限为0.42μg/kg(以0.1 g样品计),平均回收率为97.5%~102.5%,RSD为2.37%~3.92%。结论该预处理方法操作简单、环保,检出限低,准确度、精密度和灵敏度均很高,适合于化妆品中高含量汞的测定。
Objective To establish the ultrasonic extraction of ammonium carbonate with high content of inorganic mercury in cosmetics - mercury analyzer direct determination method. Methods Cosmetics saturated with ammonium bicarbonate solution ultrasonic dispersion after dilution, and then automatic mercury analyzer (DMA80) direct injection determination. The results showed that the regression equation of mercury was linear within the linear range of 0.42 ~ 400,400 ~ 5 000μg / kg with r values of 0.999 1 and 0.999 9, respectively. The detection limit of the method was 0.13μg / kg (based on 0.1g sample). The lower limit of quantitation was 0.42μg / kg (based on 0.1g sample). The average recoveries were 97.5% -102.5% with RSDs of 2.37% -3.92% . Conclusion The pretreatment method is simple, environmental protection, low detection limit, accuracy, precision and sensitivity are high, suitable for the determination of high levels of mercury in cosmetics.
