噪声是摩擦力引起振动造成音响的一个实例,最近十年多来已经开展了许多研究,这些研究确定集中于简单的制动系统和鉴别‘锁止’的不稳定是造成制动噪声的原因。本文介绍了过去研究的简短文献目录和最近的研究成果。由于锁止对系统动力学的敏感性,制动器设计不能避免模态上的耦合,高的模态不透明度和不确定性与自然频率有关。本文推荐了一种为避免振动滋生的改进方法,它是用集成结构修正转子。
Noise is an example of the audible effects of friction caused by vibration and many studies have been conducted over the last decade and more. These studies have determined that focusing on simple braking systems and identifying ’lockup’ instability is the cause of brake noise. This article presents a brief bibliography of past research and recent research. Due to the lock-in sensitivity to system dynamics, brake designs can not avoid modal coupling, and high modal opacity and uncertainty are related to natural frequencies. This article recommends an improved method to avoid vibration, which is to modify the rotor with an integrated structure.
