中科院高技术口有两块工作,一是国防军工,一是民口国家重大任务。但在民口如争取国家计委高技术产业化项目方面,我们的工作显得“疲软”。这必须引起我们足够的重视。军工这块是封闭于国内的,最终要在战场上见高低。目前我们以项目为导向,项目结束了,这一领域发展也就到头了。国外不是这样,他们根据不同的需求,选择形成各种技术平台,把问题研究清楚,不但使解决当前问题有了坚实的基础,也使以后能对经济作出更多的贡献。现在有一个误区,认为高技术一定是核心技术。但只有核心技术,不一定能进入并占领市场。有些人自以为什么都能做,但实际上不能做到最好,不能实用,没有竞争力,不能进入市场,因而也就不能解决国家急需 There are two jobs for the high-tech mouth of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Some people think that they can do what they want, but they can not actually do their best, they can not be practical, they are not competitive, they can not enter the market and they can not solve the urgent needs of the country.
