李小毛,男,26天,臀位产儿,出生第2天发现腹部大,第4天因不吃奶,在当地医院住院4天,疑为“腹部肿块”,用青霉素治疗后,腹胀减轻。第24天高热39℃,腹部增大明显,面部浮肿,尿量减少,于1984年9月12日转来我院。体格检查:体温39℃,呼吸45次/分,脉搏132次/分。一般情况尚可。前囟3×3cm,唇无发绀,呼吸不快,巩膜无黄染。心率132次/分,胸骨左缘2～4肋间闻及Ⅲ级收缩期杂音,两肺未闻及
Li Xiaomao, male, 26 days, breech birth, abdominal large found on the second day of life, the first 4 days because of non-feeding, hospitalized in a local hospital for 4 days, suspected “abdominal mass” with penicillin treatment, abdominal distension reduced. High fever on the 24th day 39 ℃, the abdomen increased significantly, facial edema, decreased urine output, on September 12, 1984 transferred to our hospital. Physical examination: body temperature 39 ℃, breathing 45 beats / min, pulse 132 beats / min. The general situation is acceptable. Bregma 3 × 3cm, lip cyanosis, respiratory irritation, sclera no yellow dye. Heart rate 132 beats / min, sternal left 2 to 4 intercostal smell and Ⅲ systolic murmur, both lungs did not smell
