本文结合职业教育和社区矫正的特点,提出以工作过程为导向的社区矫正人才实践技能培养架构,构建与工作岗位零距离接轨的技能教学模式,并且建立仿真实工作环境的校内实训基地,将学校教育和用人单位需求结合起来,为学生顺利走向工作岗位打下坚实的基础。 Based on the characteristics of vocational education and community correction, this paper puts forward the practical skills training framework of community correction talents oriented by the process of work, establishes the skill teaching mode which is in line with the zero distance of the job posts, and establishes the campus training base that simulates the working environment. The combination of school education and employers’ needs lay a solid foundation for students to move smoothly to work positions.
