纯相位型液晶空间光调制器是应用较广的高精度光学仪器。使用Holoeye产家推荐的双孔干涉测量法可使16阶闪耀光栅的1级光衍射效率达到80%。但需要滤波、准直、扩束等细致工作,耗时较长。运用二进制相位光栅衍射法可以简化修正过程。实验中每隔10个灰度值测一个点,利用Matlab做线性内插扩展到255灰度。使16阶闪耀光栅和二进制光栅的1级光衍射效率最终达到产家目录给出的83%和40%。修正结果证明5-5序列配置的Holoeye Pluto的液晶光阀在平均调制相位稳定的基础上,衍射法校正相位调制特性不受闪烁影响,且简单可行。
Pure phase type liquid crystal spatial light modulator is a widely used high-precision optical instruments. Using the two-hole interferometry method recommended by Holoeye, the first-order diffraction efficiency of a 16th blazed grating can be 80%. But need to filter, collimation, expanding beam and other meticulous work, take longer. The use of binary phase grating diffraction method can simplify the correction process. In the experiment, we measure one point every 10 gray values and use Matlab to linearly interpolate to 255 gray scales. The diffraction efficiency of the first order light of the 16th order blazed grating and the binary grating finally reached 83% and 40% given in the catalog. The correction results prove that the Holoeye Pluto liquid crystal light valve with 5-5 sequence configuration is stable and stable in average modulation phase, and the diffraction correction phase modulation characteristic is not influenced by flicker and is simple and feasible.
