内河港口作为内陆综合运输体系的重要节点,近年来的发展速度显著,但与综合运输体系内其他运输方式相比,内河港口发展则显滞后。尤其是欠发达经济地区,“重陆轻水”现象很普遍,人们更倾向于承认公路、铁路的重要性,而内河港口未得到足够的重视。由于内河港口建设资金投入不足,造成港口基础设施不完善,港口吞吐能力低下,成为制约临港工业发展的重要因素。因此,对内河港口落后基础设施升级建设迫在眉睫。
Inland river ports, as an important node of integrated land transport system, have been developing at a rapid rate in recent years. However, compared with other modes of transport in the integrated transport system, inland river ports lag behind. Especially in underdeveloped areas, the phenomenon of “heavy land and light water” is common. People are more inclined to recognize the importance of roads and railways, while the inland river ports are not given enough attention. Inadequate investment in river port construction, resulting in imperfect port infrastructure, port handling capacity is low, restricting the development of port industry an important factor. Therefore, it is imminent to upgrade the backward infrastructure in the river ports.
