目的:了解乳腺癌病人家庭照顾者心理适应现状及其影响因素.方法:方便抽取2020年6月—2021年3月在山西省汾阳医院接受化疗的乳腺癌术后病人的家庭照顾者162人为研究对象.采用一般资料调查表、心理适应量表、癌症病人家庭照顾者负担量表、照顾者准备度量表对其进行测评,采用Spearman相关分析方法分析心理适应与照顾者负担、照顾者准备度的相关性,采用多元线性回归分析方法分析乳腺癌家庭照顾者心理适应影响因素.结果:乳腺癌家庭照顾者心理适应得分为58.00(41.00,85.00)分,照顾者负担得分为22.00～

目的:了解乳腺癌病人家庭照顾者心理适应现状及其影响因素.方法:方便抽取2020年6月—2021年3月在山西省汾阳医院接受化疗的乳腺癌术后病人的家庭照顾者162人为研究对象.采用一般资料调查表、心理适应量表、癌症病人家庭照顾者负担量表、照顾者准备度量表对其进行测评,采用Spearman相关分析方法分析心理适应与照顾者负担、照顾者准备度的相关性,采用多元线性回归分析方法分析乳腺癌家庭照顾者心理适应影响因素.结果:乳腺癌家庭照顾者心理适应得分为58.00(41.00,85.00)分,照顾者负担得分为22.00～97.00(62.56±19.09)分,准备度得分为(18.78±7.12)分;Spearman相关分析结果显示,乳腺癌家庭照顾者心理适应与照顾者负担呈负相关(r=-0.420,P<0.01),与照顾者准备度呈正相关(r=0.230,P<0.05);多元线性回归分析结果显示,家庭照顾者文化程度、家庭人均月收入、有无照顾经验、有无合并慢性病、照顾者负担、照顾者准备度是乳腺癌家庭照顾者心理适应的影响因素(均P<0.05).结论:乳腺癌家庭照顾者心理适应处于中等水平,医护人员应重视家庭照顾者心理适应状态,针对低文化水平、高经济压力负荷、无照顾经验、合并慢性病、照顾负担重、照顾准备度不足的照顾者给予疾病相关信息与照护技能支持、家庭赋权、心理疏导等措施,提升其心理适应能力,改善病人及其家庭照顾者的生活质量.
