清末民初,奉天省对县政进行了一系列改革。主要内容包括县公署组织结构的调整,设置管理财务、教育、治安等其他行政机构。这些改革建立和完善了县级政区的行政体制,为南京国民政府时期的县政改革奠定了基础,并推动了奉天地方教育等各项事业的发展。 In the late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China, Fengtian Province carried out a series of reforms on county government. The main contents include the adjustment of the organizational structure of the county office and the setting of other administrative agencies for management of finance, education and public security. These reforms established and improved the administrative system of county-level administrative regions, laid the foundation for the reform of county government during the period of the Nanjing National Government and promoted the development of local education such as Mukden.
