开发蓝绿光波段的新型短波长存储器件(如高密度数字多用光盘HD-DVD)和相应的存储介质是当前发展高密度光盘存储技术的关键。基于“蓝绿光高密度光盘存储材料研究”国家自然科学基金重点项目所取得的重要进展及成果,本文论述了多种新型蓝绿光高密度可录和可擦重写光盘存储材料的化学成分、微观结构、制备条件与其存储性能间的关系及相关机理,并进一步讨论了超高密度光盘存储材料和技术的研究思路。
The development of a new blue-green optical wavelength storage device (such as a high-density digital versatile disk HD-DVD) and corresponding storage media are the keys to the development of high-density optical disc storage technology. Based on the important progresses and achievements made by the National Natural Science Foundation of China in the research of “blue-green light and high-density optical disk storage materials”, this paper discusses the chemical composition of a variety of new blue-green high-density recordable and erasable rewritable optical disk storage materials , Microstructure, preparation conditions and their storage properties and related mechanisms, and further discussed the research ideas of ultra-high density optical disk storage materials and technologies.
