在南京玄武饭店改建(新建)20层璇宫和新增20层观光电梯及加层新建会议中心两项工程中,由于都牵涉到新的混凝土(或钢结构)与原有混凝土结构的连接问题,我们先后采取了两种锚接工艺,即环氧树脂锚接技术和HI-LTI(喜利得)植筋技术施工,现分别介绍如下: 1 环氧树脂锚接技术 1995年在改建20层璇宫和观光电梯工程中我们即采用了此项锚接技术,尤其是对东山墙外增建两台垂直观光电梯井筒,附加结构高76m,由于采用此项锚接技术加固,使得新老混凝土结构融为一体,经过三年多来的多次观察,结合面良好。
