本文将香蕉肉浆组织固定于氧电极上研制成对儿茶酚类化合物具有高选择性的香蕉组织电极。电极具有活性高、响应快、稳定性好等特点。响应时间小于2min,儿茶酚检测浓度在10~(-5)mol/L数量级,电极寿命至少二周。
In this paper, banana pulp tissue was fixed on the oxygen electrode to develop a banana tissue electrode with high selectivity for catechins. Electrode with high activity, fast response, good stability and so on. Response time is less than 2min, catechin detection concentration in the order of 10 ~ (-5) mol / L, electrode life of at least two weeks.
