报道了激光二极管抽运的Nd∶YVO4晶体1342和671nm激光特性.1342nm激光最大输出功率为175W,光光转换效率为321%,斜效率为43%.利用Ⅰ类非临界相位匹配LBO晶体腔内倍频,当输入抽运功率为6W时,获得功率为502mW的671nm激光输出,光光转换效率超过83%;当671nm激光输出功率为400mW时,短期的不稳定度小于2%.
Laser diode pumped Nd:YVO4 crystal 1342 and 671 nm laser characteristics are reported. The maximum output power of 1342nm laser is 175W, the lightlight conversion efficiency is 321% and the slope efficiency is 43%. Using Class I non-critical phase-locked LBO crystal with intracavity frequency doubling, when the input pumping power is 6W, a 671nm laser output with 502mW power is obtained, the light-to-light conversion efficiency is over 8.3%; when the 671nm laser output power is 400mW Short-term instability is less than 2%.
