本文用青霉胺治疗11例硬皮病。9例局限型、2例肢端型。治疗前后采用半定量的评分方法,经t检验,治疗前后具有显著性差异(P<0.001)。与皮质类固醇激素治疗的6例对照组(5例局限型、1例肢端型)比较,治疗组的疗效优于对照组。(P<0.05)。治疗中常见的副作用是胃肠道反应。 In this paper, penicillamine treatment of 11 cases of scleroderma. 9 cases of localized type, 2 cases of extremity type. Before and after treatment using semi-quantitative score method, by t test, before and after treatment with significant difference (P <0.001). Compared with the control group of 6 cases treated with corticosteroid (5 cases of localized type and 1 case of acral type), the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. (P <0.05). A common side effect of treatment is gastrointestinal reactions.
