目的:总结Cripto-1与肿瘤发生、发展及预后的关系,并探讨其在肿瘤临床诊断与治疗中的应用价值。方法:以Cripto-1、TDGF-1和肿瘤为关键词,检索1989-2009年PubMed及CNKI期刊全文数据库。纳入标准:1)Cripto-1基因结构及生物学特性的研究;2)Cripto-1与肿瘤发生发展关系的研究;3)Cripto-1与肿瘤诊断、治疗及预后的研究。根据纳入标准,精选54篇文献,最后纳入分析28篇文献。结果:Cripto-1是重要的癌基因生长因子与肿瘤的发生、发展及预后密切相关。Cripto-1在恶性肿瘤中的特异性表达,为肿瘤的早期诊断与治疗提供了一种新思路。结论:Cripto-1在肿瘤的发生、发展中扮演重要角色,Cripto-1有可能成为恶性肿瘤早期诊断、生物治疗和预后判断中重要的标志和靶点。
OBJECTIVE: To summarize the relationship between Cripto-1 and tumorigenesis, development and prognosis and to explore its value in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of cancer. Methods: The full-text database of PubMed and CNKI journals from 1989 to 2009 was searched with the key words of Cripto-1, TDGF-1 and tumor. Inclusion criteria: 1) Study on the structure and biological characteristics of Cripto-1 gene; 2) Study on the relationship between Cripto-1 and tumorigenesis; 3) Study on Cripto-1 and tumor diagnosis, treatment and prognosis. According to the inclusion criteria, 54 articles were selected and finally 28 articles were analyzed. Results: Cripto-1 is an important oncogene growth factor closely related to tumorigenesis, development and prognosis. The specific expression of Cripto-1 in malignant tumors provides a new idea for the early diagnosis and treatment of tumors. Conclusion: Cripto-1 plays an important role in tumorigenesis and development. Cripto-1 may be an important marker and target in the early diagnosis, biotherapy and prognosis of malignant tumors.
