1934年9月成立的新疆回族文化促进总会,是群众性文化团体。该团体在首府迪化(乌鲁木齐)成立总会,在回族人口比较集中的地区成立各地分会。回文会成立后,发展回族文化教育,抗战时期积极组织抗战募捐,发挥过进步的历史作用。 Founded in September 1934, the Xinjiang Hui People’s Cultural Promotion Association is a mass cultural group. The group set up its headquarters in Dihua (capital of Urumqi) and set up branches in areas where the Muslim population is relatively concentrated. After the establishment of the palindrome, the Hui nationality education was developed and the fundraising for the war against Japan was actively organized during the war of resistance against Japan.
