普通高校排球专选班学生运动损伤的调查研究

为了探究排球运动损伤的发生规律和分布特点,降低排球运动损伤发生的几率,本研究采用问卷调查法、文献资料法和观察法等研究方法对淮北师范大学排球专选班的学生进行运动损伤的调查研究。人们普遍认为大关节肌群承受负荷能力较强,受伤几率要远远小于小关节肌群,但研究表明排球专项班的学生发生运动损伤的规律并不支持这一理论。由此可以看出,排球运动损有其特有的规律与特点,教练员和运动员应根据这一规律有针对性的进行训练与防护。 In order to explore the regularity and distribution characteristics of volleyball injury and reduce the chance of volleyball injury, this study uses questionnaire, literature and observation methods to study the damage of volleyball students in Huaibei Normal University Research. It is generally believed that the greater capacity of the large articular muscles to bear the load, the probability of injury is much smaller than the articular muscles, but studies have shown that the volleyball special class of students sports injuries do not support this theory. It can be seen, volleyball loss of its unique laws and characteristics, coaches and athletes should be based on this law targeted training and protection.
