目的:通过建立小鼠Lewis肺癌移植瘤模型,探讨灵芪胶囊(LingQi capsule,LQC)治疗肺癌的机制。方法:以Lewis肺癌荷瘤小鼠为实验研究对象,检测LQC对移植瘤生长的抑制率。同时观察其对荷瘤小鼠免疫器官的影响。应用透射电镜和光镜观察LQC对移植瘤细胞超微结构的影响。结果:LQC对Lewis肺癌荷瘤小鼠表现出明显抑瘤作用,并与复方环磷酰胺合用有明显的增效减毒作用。LQC可增加荷瘤小鼠胸腺和脾脏的重量,提高脏器指数,尤以灵芪胶囊中剂量组增加明显(P<0.05)。同时亦使肿瘤组织的细胞形态结构发生改变。结论:LQC具有抑制小鼠Lewis肺癌移植瘤生长的作用,同时还显现出良好的增效减毒及免疫调节作用。
Objective: To investigate the mechanism of LingQi capsule (LQC) in the treatment of lung cancer by establishing mouse Lewis lung carcinoma xenograft model. Methods: Lewis lung cancer-bearing mice were used as experimental subjects to detect the inhibitory rate of LQC on the growth of xenografts. At the same time observe the impact on the immune organs of tumor-bearing mice. The effects of LQC on the ultrastructure of transplanted tumor cells were observed by transmission electron microscope and light microscope. Results: LQC showed obvious anti-tumor effect on Lewis lung tumor-bearing mice, and synergistic attenuated effect was observed when combined with cyclophosphamide. LQC can increase the weight of thymus and spleen in tumor-bearing mice and increase the index of organ, especially in the dose group of Lingqi capsule (P <0.05). At the same time, it also changes the morphology of tumor cells. CONCLUSION: LQC can inhibit the growth of transplanted Lewis lung carcinoma in mice, and it also shows good synergistic effect of attenuating toxicity and immunomodulating.
