WNS4-1.0-Y(Q)型锅炉是卧式内燃三回程湿背式结构,系100%波形炉胆和100%水包火整体设计布置的锅炉。2002年4月投入使用,平时连续运行,工作压力为0.6~0.8MPa,燃料为轻柴油。2005年8月停炉4天后,重新点火投运,工况照常,但到第二天,发现锅炉前部燃烧器接口下部有炉水溢出,当即停炉检验和查找原因。 1现场检验 1.1发现裂纹打开锅炉后部炉胆检查孔,进入波形炉胆炉膛检验,发现后节波形炉胆第二波高处有1个泄漏点,位置详见图1。
WNS4-1.0-Y (Q) type boiler is a horizontal internal combustion three-way wet back structure, which is designed as a boiler with 100% corrugated furnace and 100% water-fired fire as a whole. Put into use in April 2002, usually continuous operation, the working pressure of 0.6 ~ 0.8MPa, the fuel for the light diesel. After the shutdown of the furnace in August 2005, it was re-ignited and put into operation as usual. However, the next day, it was found that there was a spillage of boiler water in the lower part of the front burner interface of the boiler, which immediately stopped the furnace and examined the cause. 1 Site inspection 1.1 Found cracks Opens the back of the boiler furnace inspection hole into the furnace furnace test waveform found that the latter section of the corrugated furnace has a second wave height leakage point, the location shown in Figure 1.
