胜利油田油建一部施工机具研究所大胆创新,研制成功了独特的 S-Y 压接法(无焊接式)冷联接管道施工新工艺。该工艺是一种在施工现场即可将2～6英寸的管线联接起来的机械压接工艺,同现场人工焊接法相比,具有速度快,工效高,接口强度大,经济性好等优点。多次初、中试验和一年多的生产使用证明,该工艺的各主要性能指标不仅达到国外“查普-劳克(ZAP-LOK)无焊接式管道接合法”的标准,而且具有显而易见的优越性。
