平原灌区水闸的闸下防冲是多年来困扰灌区工程技术人员和水利科研工作者的一项技术难题。一直未能在既有效防冲 ,又不过分提高消能设计标准的双重约束条件下有所进展。其中海漫的进一步消能和调整流速分布的功能没有充分发挥是原因之一 ,海漫柔性增糙技术在不改变水闸工程原有其它消能设施的情况下 ,只在海漫段布设柔性增糙体 (废旧轮胎 ) ,就可以很好地实现闸下防冲的目的 ,而且造价低廉。下面系统地介绍了这一新技术的原理、方法、特点及效果
