为了探讨轮叶党参的抗突变作用及其机制.用间接诱变剂环磷酰胺诱发小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核.进行抑制诱变试验,并观察轮叶党参水提取液对大鼠脂质过氧化作用的影响.结果表明.轮叶党参水提取液本身无诱变性;4.8,12g/kg的轮叶党参水提取液均能明显结抗环磷酰胺诱发的小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率增高;轮叶党参可以降低大鼠红细胞脂质过氧化水平,提高大鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶的活性.提示轮叶党参的抗脂质过氧化作用可能是其抗突变的机理之一.
In order to investigate the antimutagenicity and mechanism of Codonopsis pilosula, the indirect mutagenizing agent cyclophosphamide was used to induce micronuclei in polychromatic erythrocytes of murine bone marrow. Inhibition mutagenesis experiments were performed, and the water extract of Codonopsis pilosula was observed for rat fat. The effect of the peroxidation on the quality of the fruit. Erythrocyte micronucleus rate increased; Codonopsis pilosula can reduce the level of lipid peroxidation of rat erythrocytes and increase the activity of serum superoxide dismutase in rats. The anti-lipid peroxidation effect of Codonopsis pilosula may be the mechanism of anti-mutation. one.
