现代企业随着经济体制的改革和不断发展,绩效考核纳入到了企业的经营管理中,建立起了科学、健全和完善的人力资源管理体系。但在实际的操作中,绩效考核所存在的问题也较为深刻,不仅达不到期望值,也让员工深感考核的不合理和不公平。因此文章通过阐述绩效考核在企业管理中的重要作用,分析存在的问题,提出可行措施,予以解决,改进和创新考核机制,使其完全与现代企业制度相接轨,实现企业的长效发展。
With the reform and continuous development of the economic system, the performance evaluation of modern enterprises has been incorporated into the management of enterprises and a scientific, sound and complete human resources management system has been established. However, in practical operation, the problems in performance appraisal are also quite profound, not only failing to meet expectations, but also making employees feel the unfairness and unfair appraisal. Therefore, by describing the important role of performance appraisal in enterprise management, the article analyzes the existing problems and puts forward feasible measures to solve, improve and innovate the appraisal mechanism so that it can fully integrate with the modern enterprise system and realize the long-term development of the enterprise.
