用羟基脲造成“阳虚”小鼠模型,然后采用淫羊藿和气功师发放“外气”进行治疗,并检测NK细胞活性。实验结果:(1)“阳虚”小鼠组NK细胞活性较正常小鼠织明显低下(P<0.05)(2)淫羊藿治疗组NK细胞活性较“阳虚”组显著增加(P<0.01)(3)气功“外气”治疗组NK细胞活性显著高于正常组、“阳虚”组和淫羊藿治疗组,均有高度统计学意义。表明气功“外气”能极显著提高“阳虚”小鼠NK细胞活性,使之超过正常小鼠水平,且其作用较淫羊藿更强。
Hydroxyurea was used to create a “Yang Deficiency” mouse model, and then epimedium and qigong masters were given “outside air” for treatment and NK cell activity was measured. Experimental results: (1) The activity of NK cells in the “Yang-deficiency” mouse group was significantly lower than that of normal mouse tissues (P <0.05) (2) The activity of NK cells in the epimedium-treated group was significantly higher than that in the “yang-deficiency” group ( P<0.01) (3) The NK cell activity of the Qigong “outside air” treatment group was significantly higher than that of the normal group, the “yang deficiency” group, and the epimedium treatment group, both of which were highly statistically significant. It was shown that qigong “external gas” can significantly increase the activity of NK cells in mice with “yang deficiency”, making it surpass that of normal mice, and its effect is stronger than that of epimedium.
