目的 :探讨超声乳化人工晶体植入联合小梁切除术的方法 ,评价其疗效。方法 :对 5 5例 6 2只青光眼合并白内障行超声乳化人工晶体植入联合小梁切除术。结果 :术后视力恢复迅速 ,36眼 >0 .5 (5 8.1% ) ,术后眼压控制好 ,5 4眼眼压 <18mm Hg(87.1% ) ,术后有角膜水肿等并发症。结论 :超声乳化人工晶体植入联合小梁切除术安全有效。 Objective: To investigate the method of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation combined with trabeculectomy to evaluate its curative effect. Methods: Fifty-two cases of 62 glaucoma with cataract were treated with phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation combined with trabeculectomy. Results: Postoperative visual acuity recovered rapidly, 36 eyes> 0.5 (5.11%), postoperative intraocular pressure was well controlled, 54 eyes had intraocular pressure <18 mm Hg (87.1%) and postoperative corneal edema and other complications. Conclusion: Phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation combined with trabeculectomy are safe and effective.
