在机車車辆制动装置中,作密封件用的胶皮密封圈、衬垫和膜板应能在+120℃~-60℃的溫度范圍内保持正常效用。对于这些零件首先要求:在整个使用期間能保持彈性,殘余变形(蠕变)最小,吸油性有限而耐久性最大。为此,在成批生产的制动装置中,选用胶皮的主要标准是要求其重量膨脹要最小。在多数情况下,密封圈和膜板都用H-2616号胶皮制作。这种胶皮的膨脹量不大,但耐寒性差而且蠕变較大。
In the locomotive vehicle brake device, the rubber sealing ring, gasket and diaphragm used for seal should be able to maintain the normal function in the temperature range of + 120 ℃ ~ -60 ℃. The first requirement for these parts is that they remain elastic throughout their use, have minimal residual strain (creep), have limited oil absorption, and have the highest durability. To this end, the bulk of the brake system, the main criteria for the selection of rubber is to require its weight to be the smallest expansion. In most cases, seals and diaphragms are made of H-2616 rubber. This kind of rubber skin is not large expansion, but poor cold resistance and creep larger.
