大肠埃希菌抗原主要有O抗原和H抗原,相当部分菌株还存在K抗原。K抗原与大肠埃希菌的致病力存在一定关系。我们研究发现,国内一些O157:H7临床标本分离株存在“O”不凝集现象,有K抗原存在的可能性。经实验证实,在分离自腹泻患者粪便标本的3株O157:H7菌株中发现一种新的K抗原(L型)。 1.材料与方法:①试验菌株共3株,编号分别为1304、M45、2364,分离自江苏省腹泻患者粪便标本,经生化鉴定、血清分型及基因检测证实为大肠埃希菌O157:H7。L型K抗原标准菌株33株,由中国药品生物制品检定所提供。②
Escherichia coli antigens are mainly O antigen and H antigen, a considerable part of the strains still exist K antigen. K antigen and the virulence of E. coli there is a certain relationship. Our study found that some domestic O157: H7 clinical specimens exist “O” non-agglutination phenomenon, the possibility of K antigen exists. It has been experimentally demonstrated that a novel K antigen (L type) was found in 3 strains of O157: H7 isolated from stool specimens from diarrhea patients. MATERIALS AND METHODS: (1) A total of 3 strains of test strains were numbered 1304, M45 and 2364, respectively. Stool samples from diarrhea patients in Jiangsu Province were confirmed by biochemical identification, serological typing and genetic testing as Escherichia coli O157: H7 . 33 strains of L-type K antigen standard strains, provided by the China Pharmaceutical and Biological Products Institute. ②
