目的:了解我院药品不良反应发生情况。方法:对我院2007～2008年上报的114例不良反应报告资料进行统计分析,为临床合理用药提供参考。结果:引起不良反应发生的药品涉及广泛,发生频率排在前列的分别是抗感染药物、中药制剂。不良反应临床表现主要是对皮肤及附件、消化系统、中枢及外周神经、过敏等的损害。结论:应重视药物不良反应,加强监测工作。
Objective: To understand the adverse drug reactions in our hospital. Methods: The data of 114 cases of adverse reactions reported in our hospital from 2007 to 2008 were analyzed statistically to provide a reference for clinical rational drug use. Results: Drugs causing adverse reactions involving a wide range of frequency of occurrence in the forefront of anti-infective drugs, traditional Chinese medicine preparations. Adverse reactions Clinical manifestations mainly on the skin and accessories, digestive system, central and peripheral nerves, allergies and other damage. Conclusion: Adverse reactions should be emphasized and monitoring should be strengthened.
