采用激光二极管双向抽运并在腔内加入了半导体可饱和吸收体反射镜 (SESAM) ,实现了 Cr:L i SGAF激光器的自启动、自锁模运转。得到了脉冲宽度为 4 5fs、平均输出功率为 12 m W、脉冲重复频率为 90 MHz的稳定的锁模脉冲序列。
The laser diode is bi-directionally pumped and a semiconductor saturable absorber mirror (SESAM) is added into the cavity to realize the self-starting and self-locking mode operation of the Cr: Li SGAF laser. A stable mode-locked pulse sequence with a pulse width of 4 5fs, an average output power of 12 mW and a pulse repetition frequency of 90 MHz was obtained.
