某地区铀矿自西而东包括A、B、C、D、E五个矿区计十余个矿段(床)、矿点和众多的伽玛异常点。自1960年发现A矿区和1965年投入评价、勘探以来,本地区铀矿经多家工作和研究,矿区、矿点和矿段不断扩大和增添,有一定的工业意义。 对本地区铀矿的成因,历来认识不一,众说纷纭。例如,对矿液的解释,有的认为来源于矿体的上部,为淋滤自由冷液,有的认为来源于矿体的围岩——主要是沿含矿层(带)的
