本文以 S195柴油机为试验样机,以模拟各种大气状态下所获发动机性能参数实验数据为基础,通过理论分析,并借助数理统计方法,确定了适用于本机型以及相近机型的等过量空气系数和等油量修正公式。结果证明,修正精度均比相应的国标和部标推荐式显著提高。作者对其原因做了分析,并指出了改善修正精度的具体措施。此外,本文提出了等过量空气系数修正与等油量修正之间的换算方法。利用该种方法可以在等过量空气系数修正的基础上,方便地实现等油量修正。
In this paper, S195 diesel engine as the prototype test to simulate various atmospheric conditions obtained engine performance parameters experimental data as the foundation, through theoretical analysis, and by means of mathematical statistics to determine the suitable for this model and similar models of excess air Coefficient and equal oil correction formula. The results show that the correction accuracy than the corresponding national standard and the Department of standard recommended significantly improved. The author made an analysis of the reasons and pointed out the concrete measures to improve the correction accuracy. In addition, this paper proposes a conversion method between equal air coefficient correction and equal oil correction. This method can be used to wait for the correction of excess air coefficient based on the convenience of achieving equal oil correction.
