为教师营造潜心工作环境,重视教师的身心健康及职业发展,是民办院校稳定师资队伍、实现可持续发展的迫切要求。本文以广州南洋理工职业学院(简称我院)坚持“亲情留人,待遇留人,机制留人,事业留人”增强教师的幸福感和满意度、稳定师资队伍、提升教师素质为例,对民办高职院校教师潜心工作环境进行研究,以期为民办院校教师队伍建设提供有实质意义的参考。
It is an urgent requirement for private colleges to stabilize the faculty and to achieve sustainable development by creating a devoted working environment for teachers and attaching importance to teachers’ physical and psychological health and career development.
