“十一五”规划中不仅提出了节能减排的总体目标,并对主要耗能产品和耗能设备也制定了明确的目标。为确保“十一五”目标的实现,一场“节能减排”风暴已在全国轰轰烈烈地掀起。将依据能源消费与经济发展的规律,通过比较中国与发达国家的能源消费弹性、能源消费强度以及单位产品能耗三个指标对中国的能源利用效率进行分析,并针对中国能源消费中存在的问题提出建议。 The Eleventh Five-Year Plan not only sets forth the overall goal of energy conservation and emission reduction, but also sets clear goals for major energy-consuming products and energy-consuming equipment. In order to ensure the realization of the 11th Five-Year Plan, an “energy saving and emission reduction” storm has been vigorously launched across the country. Based on the law of energy consumption and economic development, the energy efficiency of China will be analyzed by comparing the energy consumption elasticity, energy consumption intensity and energy consumption per unit of product between China and developed countries.
