DJ-10静电净油机(见本期封面广告)系由机械部北京机械工业自动化研究所研制、浙江桐乡机械厂生产的一种新型净油设备。它是利用静电吸附的原理去除油液中的杂质。DJ-10静电净油机能净除小至0.01μm的杂质颗粒,其过滤精度高于一般精密滤油器。利用DJ-10静电净油机可以较容易地使净化后的油液达到NAS 4级的精度标准。它可除去油液中的金属、非金属颗粒、气泡及胶状污垢,不会有精密滤油器最易产生的阻塞现象。另外,它对油液中呈溶解状态的添加剂无不良影响。DJ-10静电净油机集垢器纳垢能力强,更换周期长。该机工作可靠,各种保护功能齐全,可以长期连续运行,而毋须专人照管。DJ-10静电净油机可作为一台维护保养设备,定期净化油箱容积300l 以下的液压设备或润滑系统。也可作为主机的附属设备,为容积1000l 以下的油箱的设备固定配套。在配套使用时,可使容积1000l 以下的系统维持NAS 6～7级精度标准;500l 以下的系统维持NAS 5～6级精度标准。由于DJ-10静电净油机本身具有泵源,可以单独循环过滤而和系统油路无关。因此选用时只需考虑系统的油箱容量,而不必考虑与系统所用
