以TiCl4浓H2SO4为原料,经水热沉淀反应,通过控制反应条件,得到不同粒度和锐钛矿相结构的TiO2-DSC实验发现不同粒径(10,18,29nm)的纳米锐钛矿TiO2都存在一个放热峰,而粒径为10nm的样品除了存在放热峰外还观察到了一个吸热峰介电实验表明:纳米锐钛矿TiO2有介电反常和尺寸效应,还观察到了介电常数和介电损耗角存在温度峰.
