增强学生的耐力素质,是提高排球运动水平的必要条件。经过思考与实践,笔者结合耐力训练的特点,总结出几种简单可行的排球游戏。通过这些游戏的实践,学生既能增长球技、获得乐趣,又能在无形中促进耐力水平的提高。一、面对面传球比多游戏目的:熟悉球性,提高传球能力,发展学生的有氧耐力。场地器材:排球2个,排球场1块。游戏方法:将学生分成2组,站成纵队,且每组分为面对面相距约3m的两路
Enhancing the endurance quality of students is a necessary condition to improve the level of volleyball.
