0.前言为了确保高增压柴油机与废气涡轮增压器的最佳匹配,要认真而精确地选择废气流道及整个系统管路的参数。它既涉及到通流部件的基本几何尺寸,也涉及到通流结构的最佳化设计问题。这些工作对于废气涡轮增压器是非常重要的。若匹配点(压比)接近音速,并从经济性考虑,应采用一级废气涡轮增压。在发动机工作时,增压器应有尽可能高的总效率,以便使燃油消耗率有最大的降低,这是一个重要的任务。
0. Introduction To ensure the best match between the high-pressure diesel engine and the exhaust gas turbocharger, carefully and accurately select the exhaust gas flow path and the entire system piping parameters. It involves both the basic geometry of the flow-through components and the optimization of flow-through structures. These tasks are very important for the exhaust gas turbocharger. If the matching point (pressure ratio) close to the speed of sound, and from the economic considerations, should be a first-class exhaust gas turbocharger. It is an important task for the turbocharger to have as high a total efficiency as possible while the engine is working, in order to minimize fuel consumption.
