目的:研究小果蔷薇Rosa cymosaTratt.中的化学成分。方法:运用多种色谱方法对小果蔷薇中的化学成分进行分离,根据理化性质和波谱数据分析进行结构鉴定。结果:分离得到6个化合物,分别为β-谷甾醇(1),2α-羟基乌苏酸(2),蔷薇酸(3),胡萝卜苷(4),紫云英苷(5),翻白叶苷A(6)。结论:化合物1~6均为从小果蔷薇中首次分离得到。
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents of Rosa cymosaTratt. Methods: The chemical constituents of the small fruit rose were separated by a variety of chromatographic methods, and the structure was identified according to the physicochemical properties and spectral data analysis. RESULTS: Six compounds were isolated, which were β-sitosterol (1), 2α-hydroxyuronic acid (2), rosermic acid (3), carotenoid (4), astragalin (5), whitening. Leucovorin A (6). Conclusion: Compounds 1~6 were isolated from the small fruit rose for the first time.
